These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Flower Gallery Website.
Flower Gallery is an Online Shop on Waiheke Island, Auckland 1081, New Zealand
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
Do not continue to use Flower Gallery website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
 
Guarantee of satisfaction
Flower Gallery takes care with every arrangement to supply quality and freshness and value for money.
All flowers (seasonal and non-seasonal) are subject to availability and the market conditions may require that we make substitutions to assure the highest quality possible so your bouquet may vary from those pictured on this website. Please feel free to discuss all of your options with us as there are changes with flowers on a daily basis. Our flowers come fresh from the flower markets from top growers throughout New Zealand.  In the unlikely event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund. Please take a photo and send to us as soon as you are dissatisfied so that we may understand the issue. Flowers need water and last longer in a cool indirect light location.
Returns
If you do have any complaints with our products you have received please contact us within 24 hours to discuss the reason.  The images shown are a guide only and we will endeavour to match as close as the seasonal flowers are available at the time of the order.  Flower Gallery cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods in transit.  Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order.  All goods returned must be in their original packaging.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order we require 12 hours notice before which a full refund can be given.
Privacy
Protecting your privacy is important to Flower Gallery.  We ensure your information remains confidential.  Flower Gallery will not disclose any personal information to a third party, who is not involved in the preparation and/or delivery of the product unless authorized to do so or required by law.
Site content
Flower Gallery has made every effort to ensure that the information on this site is current, accurate.  Flower Gallery may change the content or services described in this site at any time without prior notice.  You are welcome to email your queries to us on info@flowergallery.co.nz or phone +64 22 645 1588.
Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the recipient are correct.  Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery is the responsibility of the sender.
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet or other products, please note them in the Additional Information field during checkout or contact Flower Gallery personally with the details.
If the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will:
  • Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
  • Flower Gallery cannot take responsibility if any loss or damage is incurred to goods left outside.
Orders must be in by 12pm to guarantee same day delivery otherwise it is other best endeavours. Deliveries are usually made between 1pm and 5pm, so please contact us if that is inconvenient or not possible. We currently deliver 7 days a week but reserve the right to change this due to unforeseen circumstance.
Delivery charges on Waiheke Island only.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR FLOWERS
If you have received flowers from Flower Gallery please re-cut the stems on an angle and place in fresh warm water in a clean vase.
For long lasting flowers, refresh the water every couple of days.
